  • UNIT4 Test Management – data conversion testing, UA/Configuration testing, end to end cycle testing and automated test scripts.

Jeremy Deel

Proven business leader who is highly organized and extremely strong across all Human Resources as a whole. He is an effective leader, skilled in enlisting the support of all team members and is a high-energy confident professional with an infectious enthusiasm for implementing clients.

He started his HR journey in workday with Aon and worked his way up into leadership which lead to the beginning of Deel Advanced Consulting. Jeremy loves spending time with his family, being a father and watching and playing sports.

Melissa Deel

Proven team leader with an established record of multi-tasking proficiency, creativity, resourcefulness, organization command, and problem-solving know-how. She is an accomplished business manager who is focused on building client relationships. She started her career in multi-family housing and then worked her way up to escalation leadership at Aon.

In her role as founding partner of Deel Advanced consulting she is concentrated on always providing operation excellence. She is a skilled project manager who has proven versatility to adapt and perform on aggressive timeline projects. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and recently earned a 1st degree black belt in Tang Soo Do.
